Project Screen is a COVID-19 initiative under Prenetics that is operating in both the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. It has become the trusted testing partner for the Hong Kong government, major corporations, event organisers, and individuals.

Part 1

 

Worked closely with the Head of Strategy and Customer Success for various projects. This covered a mixture of online and offline experiences. Lead the designs for the following:

  • Onboarding journey for Project Screen web apps and portals

  • Test & Fly pre-departure COVID-19 tests

  • COVID-Fighter web app

    Government tender for testing restaurant staff for COVID-19 back in 2020. The app helps our internal staff:

    • Track number of kits that have been submitted

    • Track number of kits that have been collected

    • Track kit barcodes that were assigned to restaurants

    • Track for any mismatch data or inventory requests

    • Allocate restaurants to the staff that in-field

    • Verify restaurants

  • HK-SG Travel Bubble

Trial project between Hong Kong and Singapore at the Hong Kong International Airport. This covers logistics, floor layout planning, and way-finding.

Designing the user experience for our COVID-19 D2C Portal was challenging due to the need for users to follow both offline and online steps. The primary target audience was aged 50 and above, so we focused on ensuring a seamless experience. Before launch, I tested the portal with individuals from this age group, gathering feedback that helped refine the UX flow. The adjustments led to positive responses from both users and the team.

A web-responsive mobile app has been designed and developed to allow our COVID Fighters who are at the forefront of distributing test kits and collecting samples. The app tracks daily records for convenience. Working alongside the Head of Strategy and CTO to determine which are the MVP features that need to be prioritised.

The mobile app included features such as: Job Orders/ID’s specifically assigned to COVID Fighters, routes, designated vans, scanning of barcodes, tracking no. of kits, restaurant information, distribution and collection time and date, and more.

Firstly, allowing a user to upload a cvs file/excel sheet containing the different job orders and assigned COVID Fighters for a particular day or week to plan ahead of time. A Job ID will consist of the premise information, contact information, the registered kits of a premise and so on.

Prenetics was selected by the government to conduct COVID-19 testing for the Travel Bubble between Hong Kong and Singapore, testing arriving passengers, departing travellers, and air crew. I designed the UI & UX of the Prenetics web app used by the internal team, HKIA staff, and travellers. In addition to defining the online user journey, I collaborated with the Head of Strategy on the end-to-end on-site flow at HKIA for arriving travellers, including signage, space layout, logistics, and cost-effective planning.

  • COVID-19 Management Portal

    Helps organisations and teams:

    • Track their employee and/or players’ pending, current and past tests statuses

    • Order kits

    • Send requests individuals to test

    • Track playmatch schedules

    • Scan digital passorts

    • Approve or deny employee and/or player entry

  • Digital Health Passport web app

    • Activate test kits

    • Entry pass

One Time Profile Creation

Once a profile has been requested for creation, the user will be required to upload a profile photo to unlock their Health Passport containing their unique QR code. This will be the same QR code throughout the duration of the project and will hold their most up-to-date COVID-19 test data. Like a boarding pass, the Health Passport can be accessed via the Project Screen Mobile App or printed off if needed.
